Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we ask for your name, email address and country. You may also provide your company, WhatsApp contact and requirements. If you add equipment to your enquiry list, the submission can include the selected models, product page links and quantities. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.
When you open the enquiry form from a product-specific enquiry link, the enquiry may also include the originating product page and model.
We also receive the information you choose to send when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
How we use and store enquiries
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, discuss equipment and configuration, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about your request. Enquiries are saved in the website’s WordPress database. The website can send a notification containing the enquiry to our sales mailbox through our email service, so that our team can review and respond.
Access to enquiry records in the website administration is restricted to administrators with the required permission. Hosting and email service providers process information as needed to provide their services. We use Hostinger for website hosting and Alibaba enterprise email for the email service.
Technical information and security
To help prevent abuse, the enquiry service processes the requesting IP address to create a rate-limit identifier. Hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as an IP address and request information to operate and protect the website.
We use access controls and other measures intended to protect enquiry information. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
